Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

No. We currently do not offer COD.

How long does it take to ship my order?

Hand-curated products are made to order and take 3 to 7 working days. Non hand-curated products are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours.

How long does delivery take?

After dispatch it depends on your location. Typically about 1 day within Chennai, 2 days within Tamil Nadu, and 3 days within India. International delivery depends on the country.

Can I get a discount on my order?

Discounts are applied to product prices during festive seasons and our end-of-season sale.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — free domestic shipping on orders worth ₹1,500 or more.

Do you do gift packing?

Yes. Gift packaging is available at a small additional cost, selectable during checkout.
