Customisation of handmade accessories is available as per your requirements — perfect for matching a specific outfit, theme, or occasion.

How Customisation Works

• Share your requirement — colours, design, and occasion — with us on WhatsApp.
• Final confirmation of colour and design is obtained before the customisation process begins.
• Once confirmed, the final product price is shared, and payment must be made within 1 hour to proceed with the order.
• Once customisation work has started, no changes to the design or colour of raw materials are permitted, and the order cannot be cancelled.

A Note on Colour

There may be slight variations in the colour of raw materials due to lighting, photography, and camera clarity. Such variations are natural to handmade pieces and will not be considered valid reasons for return or refund.
