Refund Policy

Refunds at A Jewel Craftz are offered only for products that arrive damaged, incorrect, or broken, as set out in our Returns & Exchanges policy. Please review the eligibility conditions and the mandatory unboxing-video requirement there before raising a request.

Return & Refund Process

• We will review your request and notify you of its approval or rejection.
• If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 7 to 10 working days after we receive the returned product(s). Your bank may take additional time to reflect it.
• The shipping cost for returning the product(s) must be borne by the customer and is non-refundable.
• Returned items must be securely and neatly packaged so they reach us in good condition.
