Order Cancellation
- You may cancel your order for a full refund only before it has been dispatched.
- Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.
- To request a cancellation, message us on WhatsApp at +91 7358112365 with your order number as soon as possible.
Customisation of Handmade Accessories
Customisation of handmade accessories is available as per your requirements. Please note:
- There may be slight variations in the colour of raw materials due to lighting, photography, and camera clarity. Such variations are not valid reasons for return or refund.
- Final confirmation of colour and design is obtained before the customisation process begins. Once confirmed, the final product price is shared, and payment must be made within 1 hour to proceed with the order.
- Once customisation work has started, no changes to the design or colour of raw materials are permitted, and the order cannot be cancelled.
