1. About Us

A Jewel Craftz (Proprietor: Meera Kannan) operates this website and sells handcrafted jewellery, Korean-inspired designs, glass and silk-thread bangles, and hair accessories. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to make a purchase.

2. Products & Pricing

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable charges unless stated otherwise.
• Our pieces are handmade, so slight variations in colour, finish, and size are natural and are not defects.
• Product images are for reference; actual items may vary slightly.
• We may update prices, products, and offers at any time without prior notice.

3. Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, including for reasons of stock availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will inform you and refund any amount paid.

4. Made-to-Order & Customisation

Some items are made to order and may include a colour or design preference that you provide at checkout. As these are prepared specifically for you, please review your customisation note carefully before paying.

5. Payment

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully received. We do not store your card or banking details.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within India only. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location:

• Within Chennai — ₹60
• Elsewhere in Tamil Nadu — ₹100
• Rest of India — ₹140
• Free shipping on orders of ₹1,500 and above (within India).

Orders are usually dispatched within 2–4 business days. Delivery timelines depend on your location and the courier partner.

7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellation

Please review our Refund, Returns & Cancellation Policy. In short: we do not accept change-of-mind returns; replacements or refunds are offered only for items that arrive damaged or incorrect, and orders may be cancelled only before dispatch.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including the AJEWELCRAFTZ name, logo, designs, images, and text — belongs to us and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
