Hand-Curated Accessories
- All handmade accessories are made to order.
- Orders require 3 to 7 working days (Sunday holiday) to be carefully handcrafted, depending on the design.
- For custom designs not listed on our website, reach out via WhatsApp at +91 7358112365.
- Once your order is ready, it is shipped within 24 to 48 hours.
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and vary based on the weight of the package and delivery location.
- Once dispatched, delivery timelines depend on the shipping location and courier partner.
- For international orders, any customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
- No COD (Cash on Delivery) available.
Non Hand-Curated Accessories
- All non hand-curated accessories are ready to ship.
- Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 working days (Sunday holiday).
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the package and delivery location.
- Once dispatched, delivery timelines depend on the shipping location and courier partner.
- For international orders, any customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
- No COD available.
Free domestic shipping for orders above ₹1,500.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment directly on the courier's website.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@ajewelcraftz.com or via WhatsApp at +91 7358112365. We will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and includes the correct PIN code before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Gift Packing
Gift packaging is available at an additional cost. You can select this option during checkout while placing your order.
